This User Is No Longer Available
Event:
After signing in with the appropriate credentials for an Autodesk plan, the following error message pops up, and force quits the software.
Product License - Not Institute
The production license is no longer bachelor. Please save your work and close down.
<number> minutes remain before <product> will be close down.
Screenshot might look slightly different in each Autodesk product. The fault message is similar.
Solution:
Bones Setup Requirements
- Verify that the software is listed and assigned under the Products and Services section of your Autodesk Business relationship (see Assign Products and Services to Users in the New View).
- Start the software and employ the sign in method or serial number depending on your subscription past following these steps:
- Close all Autodesk programs.
- Open Autodesk Desktop App.
- Log out of the Autodesk Desktop App.
- Log out of the Autodesk Account in your Internet browser
- Open the program (production) that had the issue and sign in within the production.
Basic Troubleshooting Options
Update the Autodesk Desktop Licensing Service (ADLS) and the Autodesk Single Sign On (AdSSO) Component
In the majority of time, this issue is resolved by applying the latest updates for
- Autodesk Desktop Licensing Service
- Autodesk Single Sign On Component (AdSSO)
- Reboot computer

Reset Autodesk product versions 2020 or newer subscription licenses:
Utilise the Autodesk Licensing Installer Helper tool to reset the subscription license on Autodesk production versions 2020 or newer.
Notation: Disable all AntiVirus programs to ensure they are non blocking or stopping the Autodesk Licensing Service.
Reset subscription licenses for Autodesk products versions 2019 or older
Windows Process

Go to these locations and delete the following:
- C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services
- Delete the file LoginState.xml file if it exists.
- C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\
- Delete the ADUT folder.
- C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet
- Delete all files that starting time with "adskflex.", if exists.
Note: Do non remove non-Autodesk files as the folder may contain licenses for other companies.
- C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\CLM\LGS
- Delete the folder specific to the production <ProductKey_Version> if it exists.
- For example, 001K1_2019.0.0.F for AutoCAD 2019.
- Open your Autodesk product to activate your software.
macOS Process

Stop the macOS Time Machine software.

Become to these locations and delete the following:
- Home (Username)/Library/Awarding Support/Autodesk/Web Services
- Delete LoginState.xml file if information technology exists.
- Home (Username)/Library/Awarding Back up/Autodesk/
- Delete the ADUT folder.
- Go to /Library/Application Support/Autodesk/CLM/LGS
- Delete the folder specific to the product <ProductKey_Version> if it exists.
- For example, 001K1_2019.0.0.F for AutoCAD 2019.
Note: Do non remove non-Autodesk files equally the folder may incorporate licenses for other companies.
- Root (for example, Macintosh HD)/Library/Preferences/FLEXnet Publisher
- Delete the files that showtime with "adsk."
Notes on using macOS
- To get to the Home folder, select "Abode" from the Become menu in the Finder.
- To get to the root folder, select Computer.

Open up your Autodesk production to activate your software.
